Personalized work can be technically correct and still be wrong if the approved name, date, or layout was copied from the wrong message. A short identity check belongs before machine setup.
Build one approval line
Put the exact customer text, capitalization, artwork revision, and approval time on one order card. Ask the operator to compare the card with the production file before placing the blank. Avoid retyping approved text during setup.
Keep the proof with the result
Photograph the finished sample beside its order card without exposing private customer information. Record keep, revise, or stop. This creates a clear handoff for packing and reduces reliance on chat history.
Material suitability and operating settings must still be confirmed through current guidance and controlled testing. A documented check improves traceability; it does not guarantee a result.
