The final object is only part of a customer handoff. A packaging view records how orientation, labels, inserts, and protective materials were arranged when the job left the workbench.
Capture one useful frame
Place the reviewed item beside its order card, then photograph the open package before sealing it. Keep private customer details outside the frame. The image should show the visible face of the item, the packing orientation, and any included care note without pretending to certify delivery condition.
For repeat work, compare the new handoff frame with the prior approved record. If the product, artwork, or packing method changes, document the new revision rather than copying an old image forward. This creates a simple visual checkpoint for the team.
