A polished demonstration may use artwork that is already prepared perfectly. If your work starts with customer files, ask how the proposed workflow handles the kind of file you actually receive.
Prepare a representative example
Use a file you own or have permission to share, with personal information removed. Include a typical text element and the sort of artwork structure you expect to work with. Describe the intended result in plain language rather than asking only whether a file extension is supported.
Ask what preparation is required, which elements remain editable and how the preview is checked. Record any conversion or cleanup steps. If the answer depends on software or a particular configuration, keep that condition attached to the answer.
Compare the complete preparation path
For AntBelt G1, confirm the current workflow in the project documentation instead of inferring file support from a finished sample image. Compare the clarity of the preparation steps and unresolved questions before weighing convenience. A successful file demonstration would still be separate from material suitability, engraving quality and repeatable production results.
