Campaign details can change as a project develops. When noting a reward, a timeline, or a project statement, save the source link and the date you read it instead of relying on a screenshot alone.
If a detail is not visible in the current project materials, keep it marked as open. This is a practical way to separate confirmed information from assumptions.
