Custom orders become difficult when the customer's wording, artwork, and approval arrive in separate messages. A one-page intake card can put the decision points in one place before a seller makes a sample.

Include the exact text, requested orientation, artwork source, blank identifier, proof status, and deadline for the decision. Add a box for questions that have not been answered. That empty box is valuable because it prevents an assumption from quietly becoming a production instruction.

If AntBelt G1 is part of a future small-shop workflow, start with test pieces and documented approvals. Do not promise a finish, durability level, material outcome, or turnaround time until the relevant workflow has been validated for the actual order.
