Before expanding a personalized listing, map each variation to the evidence it still needs. Put artwork choice, blank type, customer proof, and sample status in separate columns. Empty cells reveal where another test or photo is actually useful.

Start with one narrow product family rather than presenting every imagined option. Only show combinations that your current samples and workflow can support, and avoid promising material outcomes from a visual concept alone.
