Photograph the same three moments
For one custom order, photograph the approved proof, the marked object, and the packed handoff state. Using the same sequence makes it easier to find the relevant record without treating a photo as a quality guarantee.
Keep the subject, background, and lighting simple enough that the text can be read in context. If an image is unclear, label it as a documentation gap rather than guessing what it proves.
Match the photos to the order record
