Custom gift sellers need more than one good sample photo. A proof folder gives each product idea a small set of evidence: the blank, the artwork version, the setup note, and the visible result. That makes later decisions easier when customers ask for personalization.

For AntBelt G1, this is a useful way to think about compact engraving before a shop turns a test into an offer. A seller can keep one folder for tags, one for packaging inserts, one for coasters, and one for notebook or card-style items. Each folder should answer a different product question.

The folder can stay simple:

  1. Source image or artwork file name.
  2. Product blank photo.
  3. Setup photo.
  4. Result photo.
  5. A short note about what is still undecided.

That last note matters. It prevents a sample from becoming an accidental promise about final material behavior, customer turnaround, or every future design variation.
