A repeat order should begin with evidence from the approved job, not with a guess based on an old message. A compact reorder card keeps the useful references together.

Save what can be checked again

Include the job number, approved artwork revision, blank description, orientation photo, and a link to the sample record. Note any customer-approved variation separately instead of overwriting the earlier record.

At reorder time, inspect the current blank and operating guidance again. A saved card supports review; it does not guarantee that a different batch of material will behave identically.
