A name can look almost right while still being wrong. Before approving personalized artwork, compare accented letters and apostrophes with the exact text supplied by the recipient or customer.
Review characters before styling
Keep the original text beside the design. Check each name character by character, including spaces, accents, and punctuation. Do not silently replace an unfamiliar character with a more familiar one. Ask for clarification if the source itself is ambiguous.
Then inspect the exported artwork, not only the editable file. A missing mark or changed character in the export belongs back in review. This is a visual file check, not a claim about a particular application's font support.
Make approval specific
Send a proof that shows the complete name clearly. Ask the reviewer to confirm both the text and its appearance; approving a decorative style is not necessarily approval of spelling.
If a character needs another typeface, show that replacement in a new proof. Keep the accepted version with the source text so a future reorder does not start from a guessed transcription.
This preparation can happen before any AntBelt G1 material test. It does not establish how small a character can be engraved or guarantee legibility on a particular surface. Confirm those questions separately using suitable materials and current guidance.
