A name can look correct in an editor and lose a character when opened elsewhere. Before preparing a personalized gift, inspect the exported artwork as its own document. Treat a missing accent, square placeholder or substituted symbol as a reason to return to the design file.
Compare text and shapes
Keep the customer-approved spelling beside the exported proof. Read one character at a time, including spaces and punctuation. If text has been converted to shapes, inspect the counters and small detached marks as well as the outer outline. A visually similar letter may still be the wrong letter.
Open the export in the intended preparation workflow and compare it again. Do not assume that a successful file import means the lettering is intact. Keep an editable master separately so a correction does not require rebuilding the entire design.
Save a recognizable proof
Name the checked export with its revision and retain a preview beside it. If the spelling changes, repeat this check on the replacement export. This is an artwork review method for prospective AntBelt G1 projects; it does not establish a minimum text size or guarantee an engraved result.
