A missing apostrophe can survive a beautiful layout. Review the text separately from its appearance before preparing a quotation for an AntBelt G1 project.

Read a plain-text version first

Copy the requested wording into a simple proof that preserves quotation marks, punctuation and line breaks. Ask the recipient to check the actual text. A photograph of a decorative layout can make small punctuation marks difficult to distinguish, especially when the proof is viewed on a phone.

Then compare that approved text with the final artwork. Watch for an apostrophe that has become a different character, a dash that disappeared, or a period placed on the wrong line. Do not silently correct an intentional spelling or punctuation choice.

Keep a visible comparison

  1. Save the customer wording with its approval date.
  2. Export an artwork preview with a clearly identified revision.
  3. Compare the two character by character before considering a physical sample.

If the wording changes, return the revised preview for approval. Text approval establishes what should be written; it does not establish that the chosen size or material will produce a readable mark. Any physical test still needs suitable material, a reviewed setup and the applicable operating guidance.
