Use ranges instead of invented totals
List which items a proposed workflow may consume, who supplies them, and which costs remain unknown. Build low and high planning cases from your own intended projects rather than copying a universal per-item cost.
Separate recurring consumables from durable accessories and optional presentation materials. Do not treat a promotional bundle or one sample result as proof of ongoing operating cost.
Compare evidence at the same level
