Put customer wording in one reviewable place

For a personalized order, copy the requested name, date, and punctuation into one simple order card before building artwork. This reduces the chance that a message thread, draft file, and preview each carry a slightly different version of the request.

Keep the card close to the design review. If an accent, capitalization choice, or line break needs confirmation, flag it before the artwork is treated as ready for a sample.

Leave a trace for the next handoff

Save the reviewed wording with a date and the matching design version. The point is not to promise an outcome before an object is checked; it is to make a later correction visible and manageable.
