When two people share a workbench, the phrase “ready to go” can hide several different states. Write down whether a job is still being planned, waiting for review or fully stopped before handing the station to the next operator.

Use a visible status note

The note should identify the project file, who last checked it and what decision is still needed. Record whether the blank and artwork belong together, and whether the area has been left according to the documented shutdown procedure. A new operator should be able to tell where to begin a fresh check.

Keep loose samples and unapproved files out of the ready area. If a status is ambiguous, pause the job and clarify it with the previous operator.

Follow the actual instructions

A handoff note is an organizational aid; it does not replace the AntBelt G1 operating manual, laser safety controls, ventilation guidance or material restrictions. The hero is a workflow illustration. Browse related safety notes at /updates/.
