Two exports called final can send the wrong artwork to the bench. Put a short revision code in the file name and in the review sheet before preparing an AntBelt G1 project.
Keep the code outside the design
Use a code such as gift-r03 on the proof sheet, not inside the engraving artwork unless the mark is intentional. Save the editable source and its exported copy together. Record which export the reviewer approved; a source-file approval does not automatically cover a later export.
Open the exported file again and compare text, line breaks, orientation, and missing elements with the approved proof. This catches a handoff mismatch without assuming that one file format always behaves the same way.
Retire superseded exports
Move older revisions into a clearly named archive folder. Do not delete the approval history or silently replace the approved file. If a customer requests another change, issue another revision and repeat the comparison.
This is a file-control habit, not a claim about automatic version management in AntBelt software. Confirm the supported import workflow in current guidance before preparing a job. A correct export still needs a suitable material, a checked setup, and a supervised test.
