An order for several gift sets contains two different kinds of information: how many objects are needed and which inscription belongs on each one. A total quantity cannot describe both reliably.

Map each position in the set

Create a simple table with a set identifier, item position, approved text and artwork revision. If three sets contain two items each, review all six positions even when some wording repeats. Use neutral identifiers in working photographs instead of customer contact details.

Check the table against the order before arranging any physical blanks. A duplicated name may be intentional; a missing name may be an unanswered question. Flag either case for confirmation rather than silently making a correction.

Review grouping again before packing

Keep the map available for the later grouping check. An item with correct text can still end up in the wrong set. The grouping record should show what was checked and by whom, without implying that a photograph verifies every unseen item.

For AntBelt G1 planning, this is an order-organization method, not a claim about batch capacity, processing speed or automatic sorting.
