A useful product photograph can still contain a customer's private message. Decide whether a sample is public-facing before adding its picture to a reusable sales folder.

Make demonstration text intentional

Prepare a demonstration design with invented names or neutral wording. Label it as a sample so viewers do not mistake it for a customer testimonial. Do not imply that an illustrative image documents an actual paid order.

For a real order, keep the original review photograph in the order record. If you want to reuse it publicly, obtain permission appropriate to that use and check the whole frame: a packing slip, address label, or handwritten note can reveal more than the engraved object.

Separate proof from promotion

Use distinct folders for private order evidence and approved public examples. Record the scope of permission alongside the selected image. When permission is unclear, use a demonstration sample instead.

For planned AntBelt G1 projects, a public image should describe what is actually shown. It should not imply validated durability, material compatibility, or production volume. A portfolio is easier to maintain when permission and sample identity are checked before the photograph becomes a default marketing asset.
