A drink placed beside the controls can become part of the workspace without anyone deliberately choosing it. Give cups and bottles a separate resting place outside the equipment and electrical area before preparing a job.
Separate the break area
Choose a location that does not require reaching across equipment, cables, or the processing area. Do not use the machine housing as a shelf. Keep the relevant operating instructions available so this simple housekeeping step does not replace the full safety procedure.
If a spill reaches equipment, stop using it and follow the manufacturer's safe shutdown and service guidance. Do not restart because the visible surface looks dry, and do not attempt an improvised electrical repair.
Take breaks outside active operation
Plan drinks and other breaks between attended work periods. If you need to leave, use the prescribed stopping procedure; do not treat a brief absence as supervision.
AntBelt G1 operation still requires the appropriate material checks, protective measures, ventilation, and adult attendance described in current guidance. A tidy desk alone does not make a laser setup safe.
Add a drink-location check to the workspace review rather than relying on a warning remembered after a cup has already been placed beside the machine.
