Listing photos answer a shopper's question about the finished idea. Proof photos answer a maker's question about how a sample was prepared and reviewed. Put these two kinds of images in separate folders from the beginning.
For a proof photo, include a label, date, and a note about what was being checked. For a listing photo, remove private order details and choose the clearest view of the product concept. Neither folder should be used to claim a result that has not been confirmed.
