A mixed gift order can have one shared design and several different recipients. The recipient list belongs beside each variant file, not only in an order message.

A practical check

Create a short table with a variant ID, approved spelling, chosen artwork file and destination note. Compare each exported file with the table before preparing an object. For accented names, retain the exact customer supplied characters and ask for clarification if the source conflicts.

Keep the decision traceable

Attach a proof image to each ID. A general approval for the shared design should not silently approve every name. If one recipient changes, update only that row and its linked file, then repeat the spelling review.

What this establishes

A simple variant record is useful regardless of batch size. Confirm material and setup separately before producing any physical sample.
