A job sheet is useful for checking artwork, but it should not become a loose object in the active work area. Decide where records belong before preparing an engraving session.

Review first and store deliberately

Read the job record while the machine is in the appropriate non-operating state described by its instructions. Confirm the artwork identity, material information and unresolved questions. Then place paperwork in a designated location outside the active area, without blocking controls, ventilation or access required by the operating guidance.

Do not use loose receipts, order cards or improvised paper spacers as part of a machine setup. A convenient place to rest a document is not necessarily an appropriate location near equipment.

Resume through the normal checks

If a question requires revisiting the record, follow the product's prescribed stop procedure before adjusting anything. Resolve the question, return the paperwork to its assigned place and complete the required checks before resuming.

For AntBelt G1, this organizational note supplements the current operating instructions; it does not replace shielding, appropriate protective equipment, ventilation, material checks or attended operation. A tidy record station makes instructions easier to find, but tidiness alone is not evidence that a job is safe to run.
