Give each sample one question
When exploring a sample, write one change beside it: artwork version, placement, or the observation you want to compare. Limiting a session to one visible question at a time makes notes more useful than a collection of unlabeled attempts.
Record observations without overextending them
An exploratory sample can show what happened in that single session, not what every material will do. Preserve the photo, date, and short note together, then browse /updates/ for more sample-documentation practices.
