Finish the review before changing context
Before opening a new job, close out the current review: identify the artwork version, put the object aside, and write down any follow-up question. A deliberate handoff helps prevent one project’s notes or preview from being mistaken for another project’s.
Keep the work area organized according to the operating guidance for the equipment you are using. Pause if an object, material, or setup needs additional confirmation instead of trying to resolve uncertainty in the middle of a task.
Use a short reset list
A simple reset list can include clearing the review area, confirming the intended file, and checking that the next object is the one you expect. The list is a workflow reminder, not a substitute for applicable operating instructions.
