Stop when the file changes

Any new artwork file, altered text, or changed placement is a useful reason to pause. Recheck the artwork, object placement, work area, and safeguards before continuing. A deliberate restart is easier to audit than an assumption carried from the previous file.

Operate only with appropriate protective measures, ventilation, shielding, and attended supervision. Follow the applicable instructions for the equipment and workspace; this note does not replace them.

Make the pause visible

Use a short checklist or a spoken callout before proceeding. The habit gives the operator a clear point to catch a mismatch. Find related workflow reminders in /updates/.
