A public project question can be precise without including a home address or a complete order record. Before sharing a screenshot, decide which details are needed to explain the question.

Split general and account-specific questions

Ask about general project information using the relevant topic and the page wording you want clarified. Keep personal account, address, and payment details out of that public version.

If the question concerns your own order, use the project's current private support route. Check the contact destination before sending information and share only what is necessary for the issue.

Describe the missing answer

A useful public question identifies the decision you cannot make. For example, ask where current setup guidance will be documented rather than posting an entire account screen.

Do not infer your personal order status from another backer's comment or a general project photo. Those sources may concern different circumstances. Likewise, a response to an individual case should not be rewritten as a promise to every backer.

This is a guide to preparing clearer AntBelt G1 questions, not a new campaign announcement or a statement about delivery. Consult the current Kickstarter project information for the official wording before deciding what still needs clarification.
