Files named final, final-two, and newest create avoidable confusion at the bench. A short version label can make every sample easier to trace.
Use a simple pattern such as project, date, and revision. Put the same label in the sample note and in the photo frame. If a change is made, start a new revision rather than silently replacing the old file.
This habit does not predict what a material will do. It simply helps AntBelt G1 users connect a visible sample with the artwork that produced it and discuss one change at a time.
