Use the same three views every time

For a personalized order, take a context view, a readable-detail view, and a final-condition view. Keeping those three positions consistent makes it easier to find the evidence later without relying on memory or a crowded camera roll.

The sequence is a documentation habit, not a claim about a material or result. If a detail cannot be read in the second image, flag it for review instead of treating the photo set as complete.

Name photos for retrieval

Use the order reference plus context, detail, and final in the filenames. Pair the set with the approved artwork. Browse /updates/ for other ways to make small-batch handoffs easier to inspect.
