Order photos can support internal review, but personalized details may not belong in a public portfolio. Before taking a picture, decide whether it is for production records, customer approval, or marketing. Frame only the information needed for that purpose.
For a public-facing image, use a dedicated sample with fictional text or crop sensitive fields out of view. Keep private order photos in the appropriate customer record rather than mixing them with general promotional assets.
This habit separates useful proof from unnecessary disclosure and gives a small shop a repeatable photo routine. More focused studio practices are collected in /updates/.
