Choose one reference angle

After the layout is reviewed, choose one camera angle that shows the side used for approval. The photo is a record of the review point, not a promise about every future sample or order.

Pair the image with the job note

Name the photo with the same short job reference used on the proof card, then keep it beside the current note. That pairing gives a later handoff a concrete starting point. See /updates/ for related small-shop routines.
