A market display can show variety without implying that every photographed idea is ready for sale. Give each displayed item a simple status: current offer, sample under review, or design concept.

Make the label match the evidence

A current offer should point to an approved artwork record and a reviewed blank source. A sample under review can invite feedback, but its sign should not promise availability, finish consistency, or turnaround. A concept should be identified clearly as a concept.

Keep ordering separate from browsing

Use one current order card for available options, personalization fields, and the approval path. When a visitor asks for something outside that card, capture the request for later review instead of accepting an untested variation at the table.

Clear status labels help customers understand what they are seeing and help sellers preserve the difference between inspiration and a controlled offer. They do not substitute for material review or a safe operating workflow.
