Keep the learning narrow
Use the same artwork scale and planned placement, then note only what the small check can show: whether a letter is crowded, whether the composition needs room, or whether the planned reading direction makes sense. It is not a promise about the final appearance on every material.
Save the sketch, test note, and final approved message as separate records. A clean trail makes it easier to revise the layout without confusing the practice text with the requested inscription.
