Sample notes and safety notes should live together. If the material, setup, or workspace condition changes, the reviewer should not need to search in another folder to see what safety assumptions were used.
For early AntBelt G1 sample work, this is a practical documentation habit. It does not replace the final user documentation or campaign details, but it keeps each test easier to understand later.
A simple format is enough: material, sample goal, workspace check, observation, reset step, and next question. The safety note should stay factual and avoid broad claims that the sample does not prove.
This is especially important in shared spaces, where another person may review the sample photo without seeing the original setup.
