Ventilation should not live only in a general workshop poster. Adding a visible ventilation check to each job card makes the operator acknowledge the current material and setup before starting.
Ask a specific question
The card should ask whether the required ventilation arrangement for the planned work has been confirmed under current guidance. Include a stop option for unknown materials, uncertain coatings, unavailable equipment, or any condition the operator cannot verify.
Keep the check current
A mark from an earlier job does not approve the next one. Recheck after material, finish, location, guarding, or workflow changes. Record who completed the check and when, using the workshop's actual procedure.
Keep safety layers together
Ventilation is one part of the workflow. Follow current instructions for guarding, protective equipment, material review, fire precautions, and attended operation. Stop when conditions differ from the approved plan.
