An order for several personalized pieces may contain more than one design job. Grouping the requested variants before quoting helps a seller explain which parts share artwork and which require separate preparation.
Sort by the work requested
Create a short table in your order notes with a group name, artwork version, variable text, quantity, and approval contact. A repeated motif with changing names may form one group; an unrelated logo with a different layout belongs in another.
Ask the buyer to check the group counts before finalizing the quote. This catches requests hidden in attachments, such as an extra reverse-side message or a second design intended for only some recipients.
Explain what the quote includes
State which proofs and revisions are included using your actual shop policy. Keep packaging requests visible as separate work where appropriate. Do not infer that two objects require the same preparation just because their finished designs look similar.
For projects being considered for AntBelt G1, check material and setup feasibility before accepting production commitments. The grouping exercise organizes customer requirements; it does not predict throughput or establish a price for machine operation. Retain the approved group table with the final artwork so any later change can be traced to the affected pieces.
