Look for three labels
First, identify what the current prototype or sample actually demonstrates. Second, note which details remain planned or subject to final confirmation. Third, find the next evidence the team expects to share.
Photos should be read in the same way. A prototype image can document current form and workflow without proving final production specifications, certifications, delivery timing, or results on every material.
Keep questions tied to evidence
When comparing updates, ask whether each claim points to a visible artifact, a stated decision, or an openly labeled unknown. This makes progress easier to follow without asking readers to fill gaps with assumptions.
