Campaign information is easier to follow when you separate what is newly stated from what you already understood. Create a small change column beside your notes rather than rewriting the whole project summary after every update.
For each item, record the source date, the new statement, and whether it changes your own decision. Leave unanswered questions open. Reward details, delivery notes, and other campaign terms should always be checked on the live Kickstarter page because saved screenshots and older notes can become outdated.
