A collection of correct names can still become an incorrect gift set if the pieces are grouped badly. Record the grouping rule before personalization begins, particularly when several households or teams share similar inscriptions.
Give the group its own identity
Assign a set identifier separately from each item identifier. List the items expected in that set and the approved spelling for each. Use fictional examples in public proof photographs, and keep personal recipient details in the order record.
At preparation, compare each source file with its individual line. At packing, compare the completed items with the set list. These are different checks: a shared set label should not replace the individual artwork approval.
Make incomplete groups obvious
If one item remains pending, mark the set incomplete rather than assuming the missing piece is elsewhere on the bench. Keep a short note describing which item is outstanding and who owns the next action.
This is an organizational workflow for small AntBelt G1 projects. It does not establish processing capacity, dispatch timing or a promise that every proposed blank can be engraved.
