Write the question before the sample
Decide whether the session is checking placement, contrast, cleanup, or legibility, then make the sample answer only that question. A focused session creates a more useful note than a broad claim about a material.
Label what you observed
Record the material description available to you, the artwork revision, and what you saw. Keep the result framed as an exploratory sample rather than a guarantee, and revisit /updates/ for more documentation practices.
