Keep sources tied to decisions
Project information is easiest to review when each saved link answers one named question. A backer can note whether the link concerns the current project story, a visible demonstration, a reward detail, or an open point that still needs confirmation. This avoids turning older notes into assumed final answers.
Add the date you checked the source. If the page changes later, the earlier note still has useful context without claiming that it remains current.
Let open questions stay open
If a detail is not shown or clearly stated, write it down as an open question rather than filling the gap from a similar product or prior conversation. Current updates can be reviewed alongside the project page as information evolves.
