An attractive sample on a shop table can be mistaken for an item available to buy. Give display pieces a clear internal status so photographs, inventory and customer promises do not become mixed together.
Label the purpose
Record whether a piece is a design mockup, a material test or a finished display example. Keep its sample identifier in your inventory notes and photo filenames. A display sample should not silently enter the count of items ready to fulfill a customer order.
If a visitor asks for the same design, open a new order record and confirm the text, blank and current options. Avoid treating the display piece as proof that every substitute material will produce the same appearance. A new blank or finish may require its own documented review.
Keep the example honest
When using a sample photo in a listing, describe the illustrated design and identify variations the customer must choose. Do not imply a photographed concept is a tested AntBelt G1 result without evidence. Separate a sample's role as a conversation aid from any promise about repeatability, stock or dispatch.
