Name the observation, then name the unknown

A sample note can describe what was observed in one documented setup. It should also state what remains unknown, instead of presenting an early observation as a material guarantee.

Keep a question for the next review

Add one next question to the sample record, such as what condition needs another look. This preserves a useful trail of evidence without overstating the result. Browse /updates/ for more cautious sample workflow ideas.
