A polished listing photo and a useful process record serve different jobs. The listing photo presents the product idea; the process record helps the seller remember what was tested and what remains unknown.
Keep them in separate folders. For the process set, retain the blank label, artwork version, visible setup context, and inspection notes. For the listing set, choose only images that accurately represent the approved sample. Never let an attractive photograph imply a material guarantee or repeatability claim that has not been validated.
This separation gives a small shop a clearer path from an AntBelt G1 sample idea to a cautious listing decision. It also makes it easier to pause a product idea when evidence is incomplete.
