Customer approval answers a different question from workshop readiness. Keep the approved spelling, layout, and orientation on one page, while setup observations and sample status stay on a separate production note.

Link the two records with the same order code and artwork version. This makes it easier to see whether a problem came from an unanswered customer choice or an unvalidated workshop assumption. Do not let a design approval become a promise about a material result.

For a future AntBelt G1 seller workflow, this separation can reduce ambiguity before work begins. Test pieces, current guidance, and careful review remain necessary.
