Write down what is directly shown
Start with concrete observations: a current prototype is visible, a sample is shown from a particular angle, or an operator completes a specific step. Then list what the evidence does not establish, such as final configuration, compatibility across all materials, production throughput, or delivery timing.
This distinction is not a weakness. It keeps a useful progress signal from becoming an accidental promise. Compare each new update with the project page and note whether it adds a new artifact, a clarified workflow, or a resolved detail.
