Personalized orders become easier to review when the artwork file name identifies the order, item, and revision without copying a full customer message into every label. A short naming rule gives a small shop one place to confirm which file belongs to which item.

Make revisions visible

Choose an order reference, an item marker, and a revision number. Record the final customer-approved wording beside that reference rather than relying on a filename alone. When a change arrives, create a new revision and keep the earlier proof with its decision note.

This workflow helps organize work; it does not describe a required software feature or a production promise. Review each final file before any engraving step.
