Order photos become easier to use when each one has a job: reference, customer proof, or packing check. Labeling the purpose prevents a studio from treating a nice presentation shot as the source for a production decision.
Keep the record modest
Use plain filenames that connect an image to the order version and item description. If something remains uncertain, add an open note instead of inferring the answer from a photo.
