Separate wording approval from placement approval

Customer requests often need two different checks: whether the words are correct and whether the design sits in the intended area. Mark those checks separately so a confirmed name does not accidentally become approval for an unreviewed composition.

Use a simple review board with one version label, one customer-facing preview, and a short note about any open question. A clear board makes it easier to return to the right revision when a request changes.

Keep variations easy to compare

When offering two layout choices, show only the meaningful difference. Avoid changing the wording, icon, and placement at the same time. That makes a response more useful without claiming that an early visual is a finished sample.
