Separate reused art from new text
A reorder can look simple while hiding a layout decision. Sort repeat requests into two groups: orders reusing approved artwork without changes, and orders that reuse a visual idea but add new words, dates, or placement.
The first group begins with the recorded approved file. The second starts with a fresh proof. This small distinction prevents a previous layout from being treated as approval for a new message.
Keep the grouping visible
Use a short label in the work queue: exact repeat, text revision, or new layout. A teammate can then understand the review needed without searching through old conversations. The aim is a reliable approval trail, not a claim about output speed.
