Separate what must be confirmed

A custom request becomes easier to handle when the customer-facing choices are written as a short proof list: spelling, selected wording, reference image, and desired reading direction. Each item should have a visible answer before artwork is treated as ready to review.

Use the list beside the preview rather than relying on a message thread alone. It gives a teammate or a future you a way to see what was actually agreed.

Make the approval easy to find

Name the saved preview with the order reference and date, then attach the proof list. If a customer changes one detail, note the change beside the new version instead of overwriting the earlier decision.
